Peter Lunts, Ph.D.
University of Maryland, College ParkPeter Lunts joined the Center for Computational Quantum Physics in 2017. He uses a combination of analytical and numerical techniques to study quantum critical systems. He obtained his Ph.D. from McMaster University after completing his doctoral studies at the Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics. His thesis focused on antiferromagnetic quantum phase transitions in layered compounds. He holds a diploma from the Perimeter Scholars International program and an M.Sc. from the University of Waterloo. He completed his undergraduate studies at Indiana University.
