Maria Adler

Maria Adler joined the Simons Foundation in 2202 as the foundation’s Chief Financial Officer. She built and managed the foundation’s finance, human resources, operations, and information technology functions. In 2017, Maria transitioned to the role of director of special projects. In this role, she established the Autism in the Workplace program with the goal of increasing employment opportunities for autistic individuals. The program is made up of three initiatives: inclusive hiring, early career internships, and community building.
