Jeffrey Liu

Jeffrey Liu is a junior at the University of California San Diego (UCSD) with focus on computer science and engineering. Jeffrey has worked as an undergraduate researcher within a variety of fields ranging from machine learning to structural engineering/health monitoring. Additionally, he worked as a research intern at the Naval Health Research Center in San Diego performing computer vision tasks for psychiatry purposes. He has also worked as a web API developer for UCSD IT Services, improving student-counselor services. As an SCGB Undergraduate Research Fellow, Jeffrey will explore the interconnections and flow of information between regions of the brain with the help of machine learning techniques. He will be mentored by Ram Dyuthi Sristi in the Mishne Lab at UCSD.
