Product Analytics

The Product Analytics team collaborates with diverse groups, including scientists, study operations specialists, informatics specialists and engineers. Our key roles involve:  

  • - Strategic guidance: We assist these groups in making informed decisions about what to develop. Our focus is on supporting the journey of both research participants and researchers, ensuring that our efforts align with their needs.
  • - Project execution support: We provide essential project management and coordination of all necessary resources and inputs to the engineers to enable timely execution of the projects.
  • - Impact assessment and communication: We measure the impact of our work on the organization’s mission, both quantitatively and qualitatively, and we communicate these results to demonstrate the value and effectiveness of our initiatives.
