Title: Proteomic Clues to Cell Organization

Abstract: Quantitative proteomics has emerged as a powerful tool for investigating cellular organization at a systems level. In this talk, I will begin by highlighting recent technological advancements that improve the accuracy and sensitivity of proteomic analyses. I will then demonstrate the power of these methods in quantifying protein turnover, using examples from bacterial systems and early embryonic development to illustrate how these innovations advance our understanding of cellular dynamics.
