CCB’s Olga Troyanskaya Named a Fellow of the International Society for Computational Biology
The Simons Foundation congratulates Olga Troyanskaya, who has been selected as an International Society for Computational Biology (ISCB) Fellow in the fellows’ class of 2017. The ISCB fellows program honors society members who have distinguished themselves through outstanding contributions to the fields of computational biology and bioinformatics.
Troyanskaya is the deputy director for genomics at the Flatiron Institute’s Center for Computational Biology. She is a professor at Princeton University’s Lewis-Sigler Institute for Integrative Genomics, and she has been a member of the computer science faculty at Princeton since 2003.
Along with seven other 2017 fellows, Troyanskaya will be recognized at the ISCB members’ meeting on July 24, 2017, during ISCB’s 25th annual international conference on Intelligent Systems for Molecular Biology in Prague.
