Kellen Vu

Kellen Vu is a senior at Stanford University, studying human biology and computer science. His research interests include understanding the neurobiology of learning and memory and using machine learning to solve problems in neuroscience. Previously, he worked in Jie Wu’s laboratory at Barrow Neurological Institute, investigating electrophysiological biomarkers of Alzheimer’s disease. As an SCGB Undergraduate Research Fellow, Kellen will work in Jennifer Raymond’s laboratory at Stanford under the mentorship of Sriram Jayabal. Kellen’s research will investigate the neural mechanisms that underlie cerebellum-dependent learning, focusing on the adaptive tuning of the oculomotor integrator.
