Anna Wright, Ph.D.
Flatiron Research Fellow, Galaxy Formation, CCA, Flatiron InstituteAnna Wright joined the Center for Computational Astrophysics as a Flatiron Research Fellow in September 2024. Her research focuses on how the smallest galaxies form and evolve. She develops and uses high resolution cosmological simulations to study the ways in which these galaxies interact with their cosmic neighborhoods and to determine what the observational signatures of these interactions might be. Prior to her arrival at the CCA, Anna received her Ph.D. in Physics & Astronomy from Rutgers University and then spent 4 years working as an assistant research scientist at Johns Hopkins University.
