Aaravind Kotikelapudi

Aaravind Kotikelapudi is an undergraduate studying physics at the University of California, Davis (UC Davis) with a minor in statistics, where she is currently conducting research with Mark Goldman’s lab. Aaravind’s research experience lies in the area of deep reinforcement learning and extending the capabilities of reinforcement learning models to high-complexity environments by adjusting temporal consideration of long-term rewards. His research interests involve understanding the interactions between the entorhinal cortex and hippocampus, and how they facilitate abstract reasoning in the brain. Aaravind worked in the Neural Circuits and Algorithms Group.
