Sabbatical Visiting Researcher Program – Center for Computational Astrophysics
The Center for Computational Astrophysics (CCA) at the Simons Foundation’s Flatiron Institute invites researchers on sabbatical to visit the CCA in 2018–2019. Located in New York City, the CCA’s mission is to analyze big astronomical datasets and to understand complex, multiscale physics in an astrophysical and cosmological context.
During their visit, which generally lasts up to one year, sabbatical researchers will engage in projects independently and in collaboration with the CCA staff.
We are accepting requests up through December 1, 2017. Your request should include your summary of research plans, dates of your visit and requested support if needed. If interested, please contact David Spergel at [email protected] with your research plan during your visit to the CCA, not exceeding two pages in length.
